Technical Information:
Doors and Panels
MDF coated with a PVC foil and a wood pattern of ash. There are also some of the elements that are a wine colour. The wood pattern is horizontal on the doors and vertical on the side panels.
Boxes
Chipboard is coated on both sides, 16mm thick in a vanilla colour. The edges are covered with 2 mm thick ABS edgebanding that comes in a vanilla colour.
Decorative Elements
These elements are MDF coated with a PVC foil and a wood pattern of ash. Decorative elements also come in a wine colour. The glass is frosted and fixed with a PVC lath. The rest of the elements are 16 mm thick with a chipboard that is coated on both sides and comes with an ash pattern. The frontal edges are an ash colour with ABS edgebanding and the rest of the edges are also covered in an ash colour with melamine foil.
Handles
Metal handles are made with the length to fit the width of the element. The distance between the holes is 186 mm for the elements with doors, 286 mm for 40 cm wide drawer, 386 mm for 50 cm wide drawer, 486 mm for 90 cm wide drawer (2*393) and (2*543) for a 120 cm wide drawer.
Kick Drawer
The kick drawer is equipped with a PVC plinth in an aluminum colour, 10 to 15 cm high. There is a possibility of ordering an aluminum frame instead of a PVC plinth that is also 10 to 15 cm high. Please note: you should not put a fully integrated fridge or dishwasher on an aluminum frame.
Drawers and Pull-Out Baskets
Drawer frames are made of metal, painted with a grey colour, 100% pull-out and soft closing. The base and back of the drawer is made of a 16 mm chipboard with a grey colour. The pull-out baskets are made of metal, painted with a grey colour and soft closing.
Iron Parts
Swivelling clip hinges are made of metal, nickel plated and fitted with pull springs. They also come with cross-head screws that are zinc galvanised. The holders are made of a metal polymer combination that allows adjustment in height and depth. The under-counter elements are mounted on polymer base legs that are 10 to 15 cm high, which also allows room for height adjustment. |
